Cancellation Policy – One-to-One Handpan Teaching Day

Booking & Confirmation

• A lesson slot is secured upon full payment.
• Once a minimum of four students are booked, the venue is confirmed and a final confirmation email with full details is sent.

Before Venue Confirmation

• If you cancel before the venue has been confirmed, you will receive a full refund.

If Minimum Numbers Are Not Reached

• 1-2-1 Handpan Teaching Day will be rescheduled.
• You may choose a full refund or transfer your booking to the next available date.

After Venue Confirmation

• Once the venue has been confirmed, payments are non-refundable.
• If you are unable to attend, your payment may be refunded only if your slot is successfully resold.
• In this case, a £15 administrative fee will be retained.

If We Must Cancel

• In the unlikely event that the 1-2-1 Handpan Teaching Day cannot go ahead due to venue issues or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your booking.
